Hi Serene Grace: I miss you and we miss you around here. I hope you and your family are fine. As for Waity, she's looking more and more like a skeleton. I hope she doesn't think that's sexy! Also, if she's planning to get pregnant, she has to stay within her normal weight range and overall to stay healthy.

Hi Ceri and Serenegrace! Nice to see you back SG; we were wondering where you were. I haven't been around much myself since I've been so busy with work - and it's really stressful at the moment. Anyway, Ceri, Kate would be dumb enough to think she's 'sexy'. But I don't want to diminish the medical effects of anorexia on the mind. If William married her to cover for his homosexuality, he might have got a rude shock if he then found out she was infertile. That might be why he looks so miserable. He chose a woman incapable of bearing his children. Truth be told, I believe that where there is smoke there is fire, as the saying goes. There have been a lot of rumours. I've always believed that she had a thyroid disease, based on her appearance, particularly, the tell-tale goiter (which is huge). That would make it really difficult for her to get pregnant, even with assistance.

Anorexia can cause thyroid diseases

Oh, really gia? I was going to add too that if she's been dieting for years, she may have tripped off an autoimmune illness. These things can be insidious ... it's just like not getting enough sun - it's dangerous over many years. Lack of Vit D can also trigger autoimmune, including relating to thyroid illness.

I agree June! Remember those pics Of her looking sickly when she was young and reports of when she was stressed losing weight, looking gaunt. She has a pattern of that.

Hi June and Gia: Good points in regards to maybe Waity is having thyroid problems and in her case, it's probably hyperthyroidism. I've come across other blogs/forums (and although I didn't join ---- merely lurked) but it seem that her weight loss and her overall appearance are not what one consider normal. On these photos, just take a look at her neck: imageshack.us/photo/my-images/593/kateneck1.jpg/Waity looked like she swallowed a reptile !!!! Women don't have adam's apple!!! I'm not a doctor and therefore, I'm merely guessing but that neck appeared so typical of someone with hyperthyroidism. What do you ladies think? imageshack.us/photo/my-images/839/kateneck2.jpg/As for this one, I'm not so sure ---- could be on how she's position in the car and trying to maneuver herself out of a vehicle??? Which we know she can't do it without showing her crotch???

That is indeed a WOW ----- that significant! Women are not supposed to have adams apple or with necks like hers! I really think that she has health related issues.

@ gia: thank you. Yes, her childhood photos are truly horrendous! She looked gravely ill. @ mousie: Good grief! That photo is horrendous! It's not fit for publication, it's so scary! @ Ceri: Thyroid disease is common in society, so it's ok that you're not a doctor. You are a nurse anyway. Waity appears to be in advanced stages of Graves Disease, IMO. It can take a toll on one's physical appearance, as it affects every cell in your body. I agree that she appears to have an overactive thyroid, which is usually caused by autoimmune Graves Disease. But she could also be taking too much thyroxine in order to lose weight, causing her to be over-medicated, ergo, overactive. It's very dangerous to do so, assuming she is.
