Exactly Ceri. But I'm looking on the bright side: I think Kate is on probation, if you know what I mean. Why get her involved if she won't be around, if the marriage doesn't last?

I think so too June and with this farce of marriage, I can't wait to see it publicly fall apart. There is no way in hell that I could ever be convinced that they're in-love, let alone have a "regular - normal" marriage. Waity is PW's beard IMO.

I feel the same way; they just give off an "odd" vibe when together. Given that they've been together for years, they should be more relaxed with one another. The only time they did was at that wedding right before the announcement. Waity looked very smug that day, and William for once didn't look agitated with her - so I knew something was up. I also think she's his 'beard'. Nothing else makes sense, frankly. I know that she's been convenient and all of that, but most sane men will not walk down the aisle for that reason alone. Most men wake up and get a fright and being tied to such a parasite as Waity, IMO. I can accept and appreciate though that William's perspective is a little different to most men. Obviously, he doesn't need his wife to work for money, nor does she have to "keep house" or do other domestic tasks. But still, how can he respect her when thinking about his grandmother's work ethic? I can only assume he lacks a work ethic himself. And, as for considering his future "subjects" and whether or not Waity is good for the future of the monarchy, he clearly couldn't give a toss. At least Fred stated that he married for "heart and mind". Mary had a work ethic even if she is a show-pony and camera hog, who has too high an opinion of herself. It's interesting, but Mary cannot cook either. The irony is: these women would be lucky to get an ordinary man to marry them, given what they can offer, yet two princes, who will be King married them. All the men I've known have higher standards - really. It might be alright looking at Mary and Waity from afar. Some men clearly think they're sexy, shocking as that is, but IMO wouldn't get involved if they had the chance because they are both high maintenance women, IMO. My brother, for example, thinks Mary is lovely, but I just laugh out loud and say: hate to break it to you, but Mary would NEVER have given a guy like you a second glance. You're not rich and/or titled enough! She was an opportunist and gold-digger, "on the make". Suddenly, Mary is no longer attractive to him since reality hits hard ...
